Dear guests, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. They regulate the contractual relationship between you (the customer) and VIZARM Travel Ltd. Please be informed that registration for the trip is done via email or through our registration form and becomes binding upon receipt of our booking confirmation. Thus, the person registering assumes the contractual obligations for all participants registered by them.

- General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1.1 The following GTC govern the legal relationship between you as the customer and VIZARM Travel regarding trips or other services offered by VIZARM Travel.
1.2 These GTC do not apply to the following services: all services such as "flight only," as well as bookings for train or bus tickets, fall under the responsibility of the transport company and its terms and conditions.
- Contract Conclusion
2.1 The contract between you and VIZARM Travel is considered concluded as soon as we receive your electronic or written booking request. From this point on, rights and obligations between you and VIZARM Travel become effective.
- Price and Payment Terms
3.1 The package prices can be found in the brochure and on VIZARM Travel’s website. Unless otherwise stated, the package prices are per person and must be paid in euros. Prices in euros (EUR) are non-binding and subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
3.2 Deposit: To confirm your booking, a deposit of 20% of the total travel price per person must be received in VIZARM Travel’s account within a specified period. Please note that if the deposit is received late, VIZARM Travel may cancel the registered trip at the expense of the registrant. Fees for this cancellation are borne by the traveler according to point 4.
3.3 Final Payment: The remaining balance of the travel price is due after receipt of the travel confirmation, no later than 1 month before the start of the trip. If less than 1 month remains between contract conclusion and the start of the trip, the entire travel price must be paid upon contract conclusion. If payment is delayed, VIZARM Travel may cancel the registered trip at the expense of the registrant. Fees for this cancellation are borne by the traveler according to point 4.
3.4 Your travel documents will be sent to you after payment is received.
- Cancellation
4.1 You are free to withdraw from the travel contract at any time.
4.2 Processing Fees: If you cancel, rebook, or change your trip, a processing fee of €30 per person will be charged (see also point 4.3).
4.3 Cancellation Fees: In addition to the processing fees (point 4.2), the following cancellation fees apply: 4.4 61-90 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the travel price 4.5 31-60 days before the start of the trip: 40% of the travel price 4.6 16-30 days before the start of the trip: 60% of the travel price 4.7 2-15 days before the start of the trip: 90% of the travel price 4.8 1 day before the start of the trip, or in case of no-show on the day of departure or later: 100% of the travel price. Further claims for damages are reserved.
4.9 The relevant time for calculating cancellation or modification fees is the written receipt of your rebooking/cancellation request by VIZARM Travel Ltd.
4.10 Travel Cancellation Insurance: If you have travel cancellation insurance or if travel cancellation insurance is included in our contract, cancellation costs may be covered by the respective insurance company.
4.11 You can nominate a replacement traveler. No processing fees will be charged for replacement travelers. Any additional costs (e.g., flight rebooking) will not be covered by VIZARM Travel.
- Price Changes
5.1 Changes Before Contract Conclusion: VIZARM Travel expressly reserves the right to change prices in brochures, leaflets, and descriptions of services before your booking. In this case, you will be informed of the changes by the travel agency before the contract is concluded.
5.2 Changes After Contract Conclusion: In exceptional cases, the advertised and confirmed prices may be increased. These price increases may result from: 5.3 Increases in transport costs (including fuel) 5.4 Introduction or increase of new fees (e.g., airport fees, VAT, etc.) 5.5 Fluctuations in exchange rates 5.6 Program changes, changes in the transport sector, or other services: VIZARM Travel also reserves the right to cancel or change the travel program or certain contractually agreed services (e.g., accommodation, transport, means of transport, etc.) if unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances require it. VIZARM Travel will make every effort to offer you equivalent replacement services. VIZARM Travel will inform you of these changes and their impact on the price without delay.
5.7 Program Changes During the Trip: If a fundamental change to the travel program during the trip becomes necessary, the required program changes will be made. VIZARM Travel will not provide compensation for this.
- Withdrawal and Termination by VIZARM Travel
6.1 VIZARM Travel has the right to terminate your booking if the reasons listed in points 6.2 and 6.3 arise. In these cases, VIZARM Travel will refund the amounts you have already paid in full, retaining only the processing fees mentioned in point 4.2.
6.2 Minimum Number of Participants: All trips organized by VIZARM Travel have a minimum number of participants. If this number is not reached, VIZARM Travel may withdraw from the trip no later than 20 days before the start of the trip.
6.3 Force Majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, internal unrest, etc.) may also be reasons for VIZARM Travel to cancel services. In the event of a cancellation reason, VIZARM Travel will promptly notify the traveler. VIZARM Travel will strive to offer you equivalent replacement services.
- Complaints and Refund Requests
7.1 If the contractually agreed services are not provided or if you have incurred damage, you may file a complaint with VIZARM Travel or with the service provider collaborating with VIZARM Travel. Your complaint must be accompanied by any supporting evidence confirming the deficiency or damage (e.g., statement from the service provider).
7.2 After receiving your complaint and supporting evidence, VIZARM Travel will take the necessary steps to compensate you.
- Limitation of Liability of VIZARM Travel
8.1 Liability is excluded to the extent legally permissible. 8.2 We are not liable for flight cancellations and do not take responsibility for damaged or lost luggage. Damage or delays of checked luggage must be reported immediately to the relevant airline. 8.3 VIZARM Travel is liable for diligent travel preparation and proper organization and execution of agreed services, careful selection of local tour guides, and the accuracy of the travel description provided to you.
- Customs Formalities
9.1 You are responsible for ensuring that you meet the necessary requirements for the trip and that all legal provisions, particularly domestic and foreign entry and exit regulations, health regulations, passport, and visa requirements are observed. The same applies to obtaining required travel documents.
- Flight Ticket Confirmation
10.1 In the case of individual trips without accompaniment, you are responsible for confirming your return flight if necessary. The required information is included in your travel documents. Failure to reconfirm may result in the loss of transport rights: in this case, any resulting costs are borne by the traveler.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 Armenian law applies to the legal relationship between you and VIZARM Travel.
11.2 The exclusive jurisdiction for claims against VIZARM Travel is Armenia, Yerevan.
- Exclusion from the Trip
VIZARM Travel reserves the right to exclude participants who do not meet the required conditions (e.g., sure-footedness) before the trip, at the place of execution, and during the trip. Participants may also be excluded due to serious violations or persistent destructive behavior towards the country, people, nation, or other travelers after a warning. In this case, VIZARM Travel's claim to the full travel price remains.
